Exerts from Chauffeur's Cottage review by Clara Iaccarino, SHM June 2004
A heart shaped clock, posters of lovers captured in black and white passion and a guest book gushing with tales of engagements and anniversaries explain why the former Chauffeur's Cottage has been dubbed the 'engagement cottage'. Simply furnished with big lounges, a television, CD player and Alpine stove for added warmth, the cottage is a self contained hideaway where it seems couples have immersed themselves in instant amour.
